CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes travel plans can change. We have a moderate cancellation policy from full to partial refunds depending on when the cancellation is made.

Full refund if cancellation is more than 5 days before your check in date and time i.e. 2pm.

Partial refund if cancellation is less than 5 days before your check in date and time. The first night is not refundable, plus 50% of additional booked nights thereafter.

If you leave the accommodation part way through your stay, then a 50% refund of the remaining nights will be paid.
We are happy to discuss individual circumstances and accommodate refunds where possible.
